Process
Engineer

1. Responsible for Diffusion/Photo/CMP/CVD/ETCH process, capacity, and capability for manufacturing

2. Control process for productivity/quality/cost/technology

3. Make a plan for cost reduction, improving Cp & Cpk, solving a chronic unit process problem, optimizing unstable process condition, and supporting new device & new process

4. Interact collaboratively with device, equipment, production engineering

1. 전기, 전자, 신소재, 재료, 물리(반도체수업 수강) 등

2. Need verbal and written communication skills in English

3. Need understanding of semiconductor fabrication process, basic device physics, statistics, DOE, and analytical skills

4. Ability to work with open mind and communication actively and share information effectively

5. Give priority to experienced applicant on statistical background and semiconductor process

근무 조건

고용형태: 정규직(수습 3개월)

대졸초임: 4,400만 원 이상

근무지역: 경기도 부천시
